China F visa is applicable to those who come to China for study, investigation, lecture, business, scientific and cultural exchange or short-term training for no more than six months, personnel training, and other activities.
Materials to be provided by China F visa
A、 Provide original passport and blank visa page, valid for more than 6 months (from the date of application submission).
B. Visa application form, attached with a 2 × 2-inch recent photo (white background and black font photo and color photo can be pasted on the application form).
C. There should be an invitation letter from a Chinese organization or a visa application form from a US company (either in original, one copy, or by telegram).
D. Those who are born in China and then join other nationalities shall present the original or copy of a Chinese passport when applying for a visa for the first time.
In case of multiple applications for a home visit or tourism within half a year or one year, one of the following conditions shall be met:
A. Show the invitation letter of the authorized organization in China.
B. Provide proof of investment in China or cooperation with China, such as a business passport, contract, quotation, etc.
C. Provide visa applications from Chinese companies or local companies in the United States, indicating that you will often come to China for economic and trade activities.
D. For those who hold more than two F visas or hold more than one f visa, a copy of the original visa shall be provided.
China F visa tips:
A. Those who meet one of the three conditions of a, B and D can apply for a business visa many times within two years.
B. Please fill in the application truthfully. If it is not filled in as it is, omitted or unclear, it may be refused to sign and delay the trip.
China F visa’s term of validity and retention
The visa for the first and second entry into China is generally valid for 3 or 6 months, and the visa for stay is generally 30 days (calculated from the first day of entry). When applying for a visa, the visa officer may increase the number of stay days according to the actual requirements and the needs of the applicant.
How to apply for China F visa
Step 1: prepare all the above documents.
Step 2: Apply to the Chinese Embassy and consulate. In countries with China Visa Application Center (CVASC), you need to submit your application. Chinese embassies and consulates generally do not accept postal applications, but some chambers of Commerce do. The online application is not available.
