With over 500 interested participants, promoters and attendees; GIC hit the home run of job fairs held in China. We would like to extend our gratitude and admiration for all the SPONSORS, COMPANIES and our ambitious EXPATS who took part in making this event and their futures a grand success!

The grand venue

Held in Kexing Science Park International Conference Centre at September 2nd, the job fair was especially catered for our wonderful expat community in China; and was nothing but grand from the beginning to till the end!

What made it so special? …For starters, it was a job fair like no other.

Smiles all round

Firstly We managed to break the stereotypes of expats teaching in China. Out of the 22 companies that joined the job fair, only 5 companies were focused in the teaching industry. A lot of the available positions were of management level or higher; meaning not only did we provide jobs for expats, we also happened to provide a better choice of jobs.

Secondly We simultaneously held seminars regarding foreigners and their need to pay attention to laws whilst employed in China.

Additionally, there are a large number of social areas where candidates could brush up their CV’s, chat with prospective interviewers over refreshments, and network their way to finding their dream job!

We were delighted to see attendees leaving the venue nothing less than satisfied. Because of this satisfaction, we can guarantee that this won’t be the last of us!
