Xiong, who is actually a barber, does business on the side of a street in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Aside from cutting hair, Xiong claims that one of his special skills is “eye-cleaning,” according to NetEase.

The procedure, However, which he calls an “ancient technique,” involves the use of a sharp blade to scrape “dirt” off of people’s eyeballs.  If it’s any consolation, he cleans the blade with some sanitizing solution before “treating” his customers.  Xiong claims he has been doing the procedure for over 40 years with no issues.
