Foreign Trade and Business College of Chongqing Normal University has been approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education. It is a full time regular undergraduate college. After over 10 years’ development, the school has become a multidisciplinary coordinated developing school. The school keeps improving the quality of teaching and tries the best to make the school to be a standout school all over China. The school has two campuses now which are Hechuan campus and Tongliang campus. The school is divided into seven secondary colleges: the college of economics and trade, the college of literature and journalism, the college of foreign language, the college of mathematics and computer, the college of management, the college of art and design, the college of performing arts. The school also has established the office of public education, the college of modern education and training, and an international college. The school now has 28 undergraduate majors. English major has been approved the special major of “Chongqing three specials action”. The school now has 16466 students. The school hires about 10 foreign teachers from America, Canada and Britain to be oral English teacher every year. The school provides all kinds of international programs for the students to choose, holds a lot of international communication activities to cultivate the international talents, and supports all the students who wants to study abroad.
